文章提出合作医疗管理系统的六大基本功能和由日常数据处理、常规决策支持和决策支持三个子系统组成的基本框架，并对信息系统各子系统的建立和工作方式进行了阐述。评价了信息系统的建立对合作医疗改革完善的重要作用。指出今后合作医疗管理信息系统发展的方向。
The article proposes the six basic functions of the cooperative medical management system and the basic framework consisting of the three subsystems of daily data processing, routine decision support and decision support, and elaborates the establishment and working methods of the various subsystems of the information system. Evaluated the important role of the establishment of an information system in the improvement of cooperative medical reform. It points out the direction of the development of cooperative medical management information systems in the future.
