科技外事工作是科技工作的重要组成部分,是扩大对外开放、发展外向型经济的重要途径。几年来,我们围绕我区科技工作和经济建设,在对外科技合作与交流方面做了一些工作,只能算是刚刚起步,与科技工作对外开放的要求相比还远远不够。明确任务,加大措施,多层次、全方位地推进国际科技合作与交流,是今后科技外事工作的重要内容。 一、前段科技外事工作的简要情况 The science and technology foreign affairs work is an important part of science and technology work and an important way to expand opening up and develop an outward-oriented economy.
