目的:建立香青兰药材的特征图谱分析方法及不同产地药材的比较。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱条件:Diamonsil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为90%乙腈水溶液(A)-水(B),梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长360nm,柱温:30℃。结果:在选定的色谱条件下确定11个峰构成香青兰药材的指纹特征,各批次药材均具有此特征,但特征峰的相对含量分布差异导致色谱峰存在一定差异。结论:该法精密度高、重现性好,所测组分均达到基线分离,可为香青兰药材的指纹图谱评价提供依据。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the characterization and analysis of the medicinal materials of Camellia oleifera and their comparison with medicinal materials in different areas. Methods: The HPLC conditions were as follows: Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), the mobile phase consisted of 90% acetonitrile in water and the gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min- 1, detection wavelength 360nm, column temperature: 30 ℃. Results: Under the selected chromatographic conditions, 11 peaks were identified as fingerprints of the medicinal materials of Herba Cymbidium. The characteristics of fingerprints of each batch of medicinal materials were all obtained. However, the differences of the relative content of the characteristic peaks resulted in some differences in the chromatographic peaks.
