在我国装饰艺术的历史中,无论是图案纹样还是装饰的画面,其寓意所表达的中心主题几乎都是和“吉祥”有关系的,这成为中国装饰纹样发展史上一个永恒性的主题。如何了解并运用宝贵的文化遗产,将传统的吉祥图形符号运用在现代设计上,使这些元素在符合现代设计功用的同时又具有一定的文化内涵,摆脱旧有元素在使用上的局限与语意上的偏差,传承与发扬它,并把其精神元素融入使现代设计更具独特性、识别性、文化性与时代性。
In the history of decorative arts in our country, both the motifs of the motifs are almost related to “auspicious”, no matter it is a pattern or a decorative picture. This has become an eternal theme in the history of decorative patterns in China. How to understand and use precious cultural heritage and apply traditional auspicious graphic symbols to modern design so as to make these elements have certain cultural connotations while being in line with the function of modern design and to get rid of the limitation and semantic meaning of using the old elements?
