灌区工程关系着水资源的分配与利用状况,对地方农业种植经济发展具有宏观调控作用。新时期国家扩大了农业经济的支持力度,为灌区工程改造提供了物质方面的保障。大型灌区是在原有的灌区设施基础上,进行全面改造形成的新灌溉模式,其占有的地域面积更加广阔。为了更好地利用灌区设施辅助作用,应注重大型灌区水量的监测与管理。本次分析了叶河流域大型灌区水调度存在的问题,对其水量监测与调配方式进行了总结。
The project of irrigation area is related to the distribution and utilization of water resources and plays a macro-regulatory role in the economic development of local agricultural planting. In the new era, the state expanded the support for agricultural economy and provided the material guarantee for the project reformation in irrigation areas. Large-scale irrigation area is a new irrigation mode that is formed on the basis of the original irrigation area facilities and has a broader geographic area. In order to make better use of the auxiliary functions of irrigation facilities, attention should be paid to the monitoring and management of water volume in large irrigation districts. This paper analyzes the existing problems of water regulation in the large-scale irrigation area in the Yehe River Basin and summarizes the water monitoring and deployment methods.
