培养人血淋巴细胞样本,分四组:空白对照(N)组、加植物天然产物HR-86(R)组、加丝裂霉素C(M)组、加丝裂霉素C合并植物天然产物HR-86(MR)组。计数各样本每个细胞平均SCE值进行比较,结果分别为:N组8.3±0.2,R组8.4±0.2,M组23.3±0.3,MR组19.2±0.4。统计学分析R组与N组间差异不显著,M组与N组间差异高度显著,MR组与M组间差异也高度显著。另取同一来源的不同样本进行观察:13例N组与R组比较差异不显著,14例N组与M组间差异高度显著,11例MR组与M组间差异显著。结果表明未经代谢活化的植物天然产物HR-86对人非巴细胞染色体SCE无可见影响,但却有降低MMC诱发SCE频率的作用。因此对植物天然产物HR-86作进一步研究,有一定的实用意义和理论意义。
Cultured human blood lymphocyte samples were divided into four groups: blank control (N) group, plus plant natural product HR-86 (R) group, plus mitomycin C (M) group, plus mitomycin C combined plant natural Product HR-86 (MR) group. Therefore, further study on plant natural product HR-86 has certain practical and theoretical significance.
