回首二十六年的教育生涯,我始终在追寻着平等交流的课堂,始终以课堂为核心进行教学研究,始终和老师们进行着真诚的对话。但由于素养不够,我走得磕磕绊绊,得失参半。也正是清楚自己的“根基”不厚,所以一直在实践着、思考着,从没有停止前行的脚步,很努力地去做一个思考型的实践者,力争在教学实践中不断自我提升。我知道有许多同龄老师早已硕果累累,而我仍在路上。
Looking back on my education career for twenty-six years, I have been pursuing the classroom of equality and communication. I have always conducted teaching and research with the classroom as the core and always conducted sincere dialogue with the teachers. However, due to lack of literacy, I go stumbling, mixed success and failure. It is also clear their “foundation ” is not thick, so has been practicing, thinking, never stop the pace of progress, very hard to be a pragmatic practitioner, and strive to constantly self-teaching practice Enhance. I know many teachers of the same age are already fruitful, and I am still on the way.
