高校图书馆文化是图书馆发展过程中由馆员、读者共同创造和认同,并逐渐形成的全员遵守的价值观,在高校发展中具有重要作用。本文详细论述高校图书馆文化的作用,提出通过美化馆内外环境建设、完善高校图书馆制度建设、优化图书馆资源建设及提升图书馆服务品质四方面促进图书馆文化建设。
University library culture is a value created by librarians and readers in the course of library development, which is created by the librarians and readers alike and gradually formed to comply with the whole staff. It plays an important role in the development of colleges and universities. This paper discusses the role of university library culture in detail, and proposes to promote the construction of library culture by beautifying the environment inside and outside the museum, perfecting the construction of university library system, optimizing the construction of library resources and improving the service quality of library.
