本论文以供电公司开展绩效管理工作的实证为研究切入点,以绩效管理理论为立足点,设计出一套与供电公司行业背景相适应的绩效管理体系方案。
In this paper, empirical research on performance management of power supply companies is taken as the research starting point. From the standpoint of performance management theory, a set of performance management system scheme is designed to suit the industry background of power supply companies.
