本文提出了用催化光度法测定空气中氧化氮的方法,在弱酸介质中孔雀石绿与溴酸钾的褪色反应受NO的催化而加速,在实验最佳条件下光密度直线回归方程为y=0.0144x+0.0017,r=0.9997,检出限为1.0μg/2ml,测定范围为2.0~16.0μg/2ml。该方法灵敏、准确,可用于车间空气中氧化氮的测定。
In this paper, a catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of nitric oxide in air is proposed. The fading reaction of malachite green and potassium bromate in a weak acid medium is accelerated by the catalysis of NO. Under the optimal experimental conditions, the linear regression equation of optical density is y = 0. 0144x + 0.0017, r = 0.9997, the detection limit was 1.0μg / 2ml, the measurement range was 2.0 ~ 16.0μg / 2ml. The method is sensitive and accurate and can be used for the determination of nitric oxide in the air of workshop.
