本研究采用自编问卷对中部六省的600名中小学教师的教育公平意识进行了问卷调查,调查的内容包括教师对学生的关注、对学生的评价、对学生进行教育资源的分配和教育公平感等四个维度。调查结果显示,不同性别、不同学历、不同教龄、不同学段和不同区域的教师在教育公平意识上存在一些差异。这些差异在一定程度上表现了当前中部地区中小学教师教育公平意识状况,并有其内在的原因。
This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 600 primary and secondary school teachers in six provinces in Central China using self-made questionnaires. The survey included the teacher’s concern for students, the evaluation of students, the distribution of educational resources to students and the fairness of education Sense of four dimensions. The survey results show that teachers of different genders, different qualifications, different teaching ages, different sections and different regions have some differences in educational equity. To some extent, these differences show the current situation of primary and secondary school teachers in central China’s education equity and its inherent causes.
