目的建立简单、快速地检测饮用水源中氯乙烯、二氯乙烯、二氯甲烷、三氯甲烷、一氯二溴甲烷、氯苯、二氯苯等28种挥发性有机物的方法,了解本市饮用水源中挥发性有机物的污染状况。方法通过吹扫捕集法富集样品后,采用程序升温,TG-5MS色谱柱进行GC-MS分析,以选择离子模式进行检测,以内标法定量。结果在所建立的实验条件下,28种化合物的分离效果良好,各化合物标准曲线的相关系数>0.998,检出限为0.20μg/L~1.06μg/L,样品的平均加标回收率为80.3%~118.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.91%~9.95%。结论本方法的干扰小,分离效果好,具有较高的灵敏度和准确度,回收率高,操作简便,适合饮用水源中28种挥发性有机物的同时检测分析。
OBJECTIVE To establish a simple and rapid method for detecting 28 kinds of volatile organic compounds, such as vinyl chloride, ethylene dichloride, methylene chloride, chloroform, chlorodibromomethane, chlorobenzene and dichlorobenzene, Water pollution in volatile organic compounds. Methods After the sample was collected by purge and trap method, the sample was analyzed by GC-MS using TG-5MS column with programmed temperature and selected by ion mode. Results Under the established experimental conditions, the separation efficiency of 28 compounds was good. The calibration curve of each compound had a correlation coefficient> 0.998 and a detection limit of 0.20μg / L ~ 1.06μg / L. The average recoveries of the two compounds were 80.3 % ~ 118.9%, and the relative standard deviations (RSDs) ranged from 2.91% to 9.95%. Conclusion The method has the advantages of small interference, good separation effect, high sensitivity and accuracy, high recovery rate and simple operation, and is suitable for the simultaneous detection and analysis of 28 volatile organic compounds in drinking water sources.
