企业展室是国有大中型企业生产建设和文化积累到一定阶段的客观要求。对内,企业展室是激励、教育职工,凝聚人心、培养文化认同的基地;对外,是展示企业形象、提升企业美誉度的窗口。目前,一些国企各具持色的企业展室已成为各企业研究、展示自身发展历史和企业文化的主要阵地,更成为整个社会文明进程的见证和组成部分。因此,对于企业展室教育激励作用的探索和研究十分必要。
Enterprise exhibition room is the state-owned large and medium-sized enterprise production and construction and cultural accumulation to a certain stage of the objective requirements. At present, some state-owned enterprise showrooms with distinctive colors have become the main positions for enterprises to study and display their own development history and corporate culture, and have become the testimony and part of the entire social civilization process. Therefore, it is necessary to explore and research on the motivation of enterprise exhibition room education.
