研究了元素V对低N含量的0Cr16Ni23Mo6N焊条熔敷金属组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在低N含量的0Cr16Ni23Mo6N焊条熔敷金属中,随着V含量的增加,奥氏体晶内出现了含V,Ti球形析出相,同时奥氏体晶界(Cr,Mo)_(23)C_6混合碳化物的数量增多、尺寸增大且形状变得不规则,从而使得熔敷金属强度上升而韧性下降。V含量在0.286%~0.810%范围内,低N含量的0Cr16Ni23Mo6N焊条熔敷金属力学性能均满足指标要求,且焊缝气孔改善明显。 The effect of element V on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 0Cr16Ni23Mo6N electrode with low N content was studied. The results show that with the increase of V content, the inclusions of V, Ti spherulites and austenite grain boundaries (Cr, Mo) _ ( 23) C_6 The amount of mixed carbides increases, the size increases and the shape becomes irregular, so that the strength of the deposited metal increases and the toughness decreases. The V content is in the range of 0.286% ~ 0.810%. The mechanical properties of 0Cr16Ni23Mo6N electrode with low N content meet the index requirements, and the porosity of weld seam is improved obviously.
