我省各地掃盲畢業學員,為了鞏固與提高學習成果,以便更好的服務於生產需要,大都採取不同的形式繼續學習文化。綜合各地材料,有以下幾種組織形式和幾點初步經驗。一、成立鞏固班(或文補班)進行課堂教學,可以充分發揮教師指導與學員自習相結合的作用,可以收到顯著的學習效果。掃盲畢業學員組成鞏固班繼續進行學習,是他們鞏固與提高學習的一種主要的組織形式。由於採取了班級課堂教學活動的方法,發揮了教師的指導與學員自習相結合的作用,故學習成果較為顯著。但此種學習組織形式,必须是在學員較多.有學習時间。教師條件較好的地區才可能辦好。如長治瓐搴村,有八十多名掃盲畢業學員,他們認識到識下兩千多生字,還是文化翻身走了第一步,今役必需繼續鞏固提高,才能
