1991年3月20～24日,冶金部在北京召开了全国炼铁工作暨高炉喷煤会议。到会代表有部重点企业、冶金厅(局)、地方骨干企业、院校等主管炼铁的领导,共计128人。会议由科技司徐矩良同志主持,殷瑞钰副部长到会作了重要讲话(详见本期1～8页刊登的报告全文),体改司司长刘琦、科技司司长余宗森、生产司副司长张志勋相继作了大会发言。这次会议的任务是总结“七五”炼铁行业取得的成就;结合冶金行业
March 20, 1991 to 24, the Ministry of Metallurgical in Beijing held a national ironmaking blast furnace coal injection and conference. To represent the Ministry of key enterprises, the Department of Metallurgy (Bureau), local backbone enterprises, institutions and other leaders of iron and steel production, a total of 128 people. The meeting was chaired by Xu Zhuliang, Science and Technology Commissar, and Vice Minister Yin Ruiyu made an important speech (see the full report published on pages 1-8). Liu Qi, director of the Reform Division, Yu Zongsen, director of the Department of Science and Technology, and the deputy director of the Production Department Zhang Zhixun have made the speech.
