目的监测烟台口岸淡色库蚊携带黄病毒情况。方法在烟台口岸采集淡色库蚊,用RT-PCR方法检测库蚊黄病毒,采用MEGA 5.0软件进行遗传距离计算和系统发育分析,确定该病毒的基因型。结果从烟台口岸90组淡色库蚊中的1组,扩增到库蚊黄病毒核酸,序列分析证实为库蚊黄病毒。系统发育分析显示与分离自山东东明的病毒株(JQ518484.1)遗传关系最近,相似度达98%。该病毒分型为基因I型。结论烟台口岸淡色库蚊中检测到库蚊黄病毒,应加强蚊虫携带病原体的监测。
Objective To monitor the situation of Culex pipiens pallens carrying flavivirus in Yantai port. Methods Culex pipiens pallens were collected from Yantai port. Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus was detected by RT-PCR. MEGA 5.0 software was used to calculate the genetic distance and phylogenetic analysis to determine the genotype. Results A group of 90 Culex pipiens pallens from Yantai port was amplified into Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus nucleic acids, and the sequence analysis confirmed the Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus. Phylogenetic analysis showed that the genetic relationship with the strain isolated from Shandong Dongming (JQ518484.1) was the closest, with a similarity of 98%. The virus is classified as genotype I. Conclusion Culex pipiens quinquefasciatus detected in Culex pipiens pallens in Yantai port should be monitored by mosquito-borne pathogens.
