大鼠ip甲基肼(MMH)25mg/kg及60mg/kg;sc HgCl_2 0.5 mg/kg及5mg/kg后不同时间测定尿中酶活性及蛋白质含量和组分的变化。结果表明MMH两种剂量对尿中NAG、LDH及ALP均无明显影响,但尿蛋白排泄明显增加及SDS-PAGE图谱明显改变。血液学检查表明血管内无溶血。HgCl_2 0.5mg/kg对尿中NAG,LDH及ALP无明显影响,5mg/kg时尿中这三种酶活性均明显升高。两种剂量均引起尿蛋白排泄增加,SDS-PAGE图谱明显改变。
Changes of urinary enzyme activity and protein content and composition were determined at different times after 25 mg / kg and 60 mg / kg ip methylhydrazine (MMH) and 0.5 mg / kg sc KgCl2 and 5 mg / kg respectively. The results showed that the two doses of MMH had no significant effect on urine NAG, LDH and ALP, but urinary protein excretion increased significantly and SDS-PAGE pattern changed significantly. Hematology tests showed no intravascular hemolysis. HgCl_2 0.5mg / kg had no significant effect on NAG, LDH and ALP in urine, and the activities of these three enzymes in urine at 5mg / kg were significantly increased. Both doses caused urinary protein excretion increased, SDS-PAGE pattern significantly changed.
