The purpose of this study is to explore the scientific basis and effective methods of using interference electricity to speed up the recovery process of cardiovascular, sympathetic adrenal and neuromuscular systems and to improve their ability to work after a large amount of exercise training. The authors looked at 90 athletes who performed cyclical and non-cyclical exercises (classical rowing, athletics, skiing, football), aged 17-25 years, exercising for 3-6 years, and 50 subjects intervening for 1 course of treatment Basic group, 40 people without electrotherapy as control group. Observation is conducted during the preparation for the annual training of athletes. 2 times a day to exercise a large amount of exercise, the basic group in the first training day
