吸氧是临床常用的治疗手段。目前一次性氧气装置以具有抗菌活性的ε-聚赖氨酸溶液为湿化液,且勿需对壁式氧气管道消毒,直接连接,使用便捷,已取代传统的可反复使用的湿化瓶。为了解一次性使用湿化装置湿化液的微生物污染情况,笔者于2012年6月—11月在本院普外科病区开展调查。随机选择连续吸氧≥3 d、吸氧流量2~4 L/min的患者100例,其中男61例,女39例;年龄42~85岁,平均63.5岁;病种包括普外科大手后61例,各种腹腔晚术期肿瘤的患者39例。氧气均来源于我院中心供氧站。将患者随机分为消毒组和对照组各例两组患者性别年龄基础疾病吸氧流量氧气来
