日本东海铁路客运公司在实行民营后新生产的内燃动车上装用了Cummins公司生产的柴油机。该型柴油机具有输出功率大、结构简单、零部件耐磨耗性能好等特点。为了简化维修,提高生产效率,从1990年11月开始采用机油分析法对该机进行非解体状态检查,取得了良好效果。在此基础上,开发了车载状态下的柴油机性能诊断装置及内燃动车监控系统等,使检修作业大幅度下降,维修成本进一步降低。
Japan’s East Sea Railway Passenger Transport Company in the implementation of privately-run after the new production of diesel vehicles loaded with Cummins diesel engine. This type of diesel engine has a large output power, simple structure, good wear resistance of components and so on. In order to simplify the maintenance and improve the production efficiency, the non-disintegration status of the aircraft was examined by oil analysis method since November 1990, and good results have been achieved. On this basis, the diesel engine performance diagnosis device and the monitoring system of the internal combustion motor car are developed under vehicle condition, so that the maintenance work is greatly reduced and the maintenance cost is further reduced.
