课堂是教学的主阵地,要想取得好的成绩还得在课堂40分钟上下功夫。当前,先学后教已经成为课改共识。后教环节作为课堂重心,其功能不仅在于让学生学会知识,更重要的是开发学生思维,锻炼学生能力,让学生享受到学习的幸福、愉悦。这就要求教师课改不能简单地只改教学的顺序(先学后教),更重要的是提高后教的技巧,切实把后教环节掌握好、落实好。为突破后教环节,山东省武城县第五中学把赛课当作工作常态,作为 Classroom is the main position of teaching.
