作者1967年～1995年对24例脑膜瘤进行放射治疗。男11例,女13例,年龄31～77岁。其中良性11例、恶性9例、组织学不明者4例。肿瘤位于眼眶及蝶鞍7例、大脑镰6例、小脑幕4例、穹窿4例、中颅凹3例。有12例曾经1～5次手术后再发。初发者12例,其中2例估计在术中可能大量出血,因此术前给予照射,余22例全部行术后照射。肿瘤全切4例(17％),次全切10例(41.7％),部分切除6例
From 1967 to 1995, 24 cases of meningiomas were treated by radiotherapy. Eleven men and 13 women, aged 31 to 77 years old. Among them, 11 were benign, 9 were malignant and 4 were histologically unknown. The tumor was located in orbit and sella in 7 cases, 6 cases of falx, 4 cases of cerebellum, 4 cases of culdule and 3 cases of middle cranial recess. There are 12 cases of recurrence after surgery 1 to 5 times. Initial onset in 12 cases, of which 2 were estimated in the operation may be a large number of bleeding, so preoperative irradiation, the remaining 22 cases of all postoperative irradiation. Total resection in 4 cases (17%), subtotal 10 cases (41.7%), partial resection in 6 cases
