糖尿病并发多脏器功能衰竭(以下简称MOF)预后凶险,死亡率极高。本文报告我院临床资料比较完整的14例糖尿病并发MOF并予以扼要分析。 1 临床资料 1.1 一般资料 男5例,女9例。年龄18～69岁,≥60岁7例,既往有高血压病4例,冠心病3例,脑溢血及下肢脉管炎各1例,有明确糖尿病病史6例。 1.2 诊断标准 心脏:出现休克、心衰或心律失常者;肺脏:出现成人呼吸窘迫综合征或自主呼吸停止者:肾脏:BUN>17.85mmol/L,Cr>265.20umol/L;肝脏:血清总胆红素≥3mg/dl,SGPT>100u;大量呕血或多次解柏油样大便者;凝血纤溶系统:血小板<5万/ul,
Multiple organ failure associated with diabetes (hereinafter referred to as MOF) dangerous prognosis, high mortality.
