一、概述在冲压生产中,排样工序占有非常重要的地位。由于冲压生产往往是大批量进行的,材料利用率方面微小的差异,可能引起金属耗用量的显著变化。因此,材料利用率的高低是评定一个排样方案优劣很重要的依据。采用电子计算机排样,能够克服手工排样的许多缺点,使材料利用率显著提高。据资料介绍,国外采用电子计算机排样后,材料利用率一般提高5~10%。本文研究单、双排冲裁的计算机排样辅助设计。编制了普通单排、对头单排、普通双排、对头双排冲裁时,确定最佳排样方案的程序,所有程序都是用FORTRAN语言编写
I. Overview In stamping production, the nesting process occupies a very important position.
