目的了解白细胞介素-1β( IL-1β)和白细胞介素-8( IL-8)在春季结膜炎患者发病中的意义。方法利用放射免疫分析方法检测正常人和静止期及活动期春季结膜炎患者各13例外周血清中两种细胞因子浓度。结果IL-1β在静止期和活动期时的浓度分别为(0.134 6 ±0.0229)ng/ml,(0.2131±0.0360)ng/ml,IL-8在静止期和活动期时的浓度分别为( 0. 230 4 ± 0. 014 5) ng/ml,(0. 323 8 ± 0. 036 9) ng/ml,均明显高于正常人的(0. 075 0 ± 0. 010 8) ng/ml,( 0. 167 2±0.0231)ng/ml,且3者之间的差异均有极显著的意义(P<0.001)。结论IL-1β和1L-8可能参与了春季结膜炎的发病,其在该病评价和治疗中的作用值得进一步研究。
Objective To understand the significance of interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) in the pathogenesis of spring conjunctivitis. Methods Radioimmunoassay was used to detect the concentrations of two cytokines in peripheral blood of 13 normal and inactive spring conjunctivitis patients. Results The concentrations of IL-1β in resting and active phase were (0.134 6 ± 0.0229) ng / ml and (0.2131 ± 0.0360) ng / ml, respectively. (0.3024 ± 0.0145) ng / ml, (0.3232 ± 0.0369) ng / ml, all of which were significantly higher than that of normal subjects (0. 075 0 ± 0 (P <0.001). The difference between the three groups was significant (P <0.001). Conclusion IL-1β and 1L-8 may be involved in the pathogenesis of vernal conjunctivitis. Its role in the evaluation and treatment of the disease deserves further study.
