本文详尽阐述了鲇鱼山水电站3号机增容改造的内容及过程。针对原机组绝缘老化问题,提出技术改造方案;并对机组增容、更换定子和转子及其他附属设施的选型和制造工艺进行分析,经过实际运行证实所有技改设备均达到部颁标准,通过推广采用成熟的新设备、新材料、新工艺和节能降耗新产品,电站设备技术水平大为提高,运行可靠性和安全性也得到了保障,设备故障率大为减少,获得了良好的经济效益。
This article elaborates the content and process of the capacity modification of No.3 Unit of Banyunshan Hydropower Station. Aiming at the problem of insulation aging of the original unit, a technical transformation plan is put forward. The selection and manufacturing process of the unit capacity expansion, replacement of the stator, rotor and other ancillary facilities are analyzed. After actual operation, all the technical transformation equipment have reached the ministerial standard, Promote the use of sophisticated new equipment, new materials, new technology and energy saving new products, greatly improve the technical level of power plant equipment, operation reliability and safety have also been protected, equipment failure rate is greatly reduced, access to a good economy benefit.
