系统地论述了当量设计的一般过程和本质,以用于指导通用机械零件的工作能力设计。通用机械零件种类繁多,功能各异,不同类型零件的设计方法有时大相径庭,但仔细分析各种设计方法,其中都蕴含着当量设计的思想。明确提出当量设计方法,有助于把握设计的本质,建立工程设计的观念,并为衡量各类方法的先进性和提高设计的精确程度奠定基础。
The general process and essence of equivalence design are discussed systematically, which is used to guide the design of working ability of general mechanical parts. General mechanical parts of a wide range of different functions, different types of parts design methods sometimes very different, but careful analysis of various design methods, which all contain the idea of equivalent design. Clearly put forward the equivalent design method, help to grasp the nature of design, establish the concept of engineering design, and to lay a foundation for measuring the advanced nature of various methods and improve the accuracy of the design.
