现代企业之争,归根到底就是人才之争。人才是企业发展过程中极其重要的资源。企业对于人才不光要有经济投入,还要有精神和感情投入,目的就是为了留住人才、善用人才,为了防止人才流失。在现今市场经济环境下一场没有硝烟的人才争夺战已经全面打响,任何一家企业都会注重自身人才队伍的建设。本文就是基于对企业间人力资源战略的研究和分析而提出的针对人才队伍建设的有效途径。
The struggle of modern enterprises is, in the final analysis, a battle for talent. Talent is an extremely important resource in the process of enterprise development. Enterprises need not only economic investment for talents but also spiritual and emotional investment. The purpose is to retain talents and make good use of talents in order to prevent brain drain. In today’s market economy, a battle for the talented people without gun smoke has already begun. All companies will focus on the construction of their own talent pool. This article is based on the research and analysis of the human resources strategy between enterprises and put forward an effective approach to the construction of talents.
