轮胎产业作为传统制造工业,高碳排放贯穿于轮胎产品的整个生命周期。选用生命周期评价法,以子午轮胎产业为例,运用205/65/R/15型轮胎数据,对我国轮胎产业碳排放量进行了测算。实证结果显示,仅我国年生产的子午线轮胎在整个生命周期的CO_2排放量高达3.16亿吨,且集中在使用阶段和生产阶段。因此,通过改善轮胎产品性能,加快研发与生产低碳环保的轮胎产品,建立产业共生网络,实现低能耗、低污染与低排放的低碳化转型是我国轮胎产业发展的必然选择。
The tire industry as a traditional manufacturing industry, high carbon emissions throughout the tire product throughout the life cycle. Using the life cycle assessment method, taking the radial tire industry as an example, the 205/65/R/15 tire data was used to estimate the carbon emissions of the tire industry in China. The empirical results show that only China’s annual production of radial tires in the entire life cycle of CO2 emissions up to 316 million tons, and concentrated in the use and production stages. Therefore, by improving the performance of tire products, speeding up the development and production of low-carbon and environmentally-friendly tire products, and establishing an industrial symbiosis network, low-carbon transformation with low energy consumption, low pollution and low emissions is an inevitable choice for the development of China’s tire industry.
