本文在分析人力资本与企业竞争能力、职业教育之间关系的基础上,论述了构建职业能力开发模型问题,认为职业能力可分为专业通用能力、基本能力和关键能力三种类型,主张在此基础上确定职业能力开发的三级层次结构目标,制定开发策略,最大程度地开发和利用人的各种潜能,提升学生的人力资本。
Based on the analysis of the relationship between human capital and the competitiveness of enterprises and vocational education, this paper discusses the issue of building a model of occupational competence, and holds that occupational competence can be divided into three types: professional general ability, basic ability and key ability. Based on the determination of occupational skills development of the three levels of the goal of the development of development strategies to maximize the development and utilization of the potential of all kinds of people and enhance the human capital of students.
