近年来,国外曾有人用氯胺—T电极直接电位法测定过砷,但灵敏度低,线性范围亦较窄,方法尚不成熟。因此,目前离子选择电极法测定砷大多采用间接电位法或电位滴定法,国内已见报道的有硫化银电极电位滴定法和氟离子选择电极间接电位法,但最低只能检测到6ppm和50ppm。我们用碘离子选择电极对电位滴定法和间接电位法测定砷(Ⅲ,Ⅴ)的条件进行了较详细地研究,砷的浓度低至0.08ppm和0.015ppm仍可分别进行定量测定,分析范围亦较宽,而且仍然具有离子选择电极法简单、快速和成本低的特点。
