报告国产JT—ESWL—Ⅱ型碎石机治疗尿路结石854例。其中结石直径<1.0 cm者186例,1～3 cm者588例,>3 cm者80例,最大一例为3.5 cm×7.5 cm。结石排空率为97.8％,其中一次震波治疗后结石排空率为84％。排空时间:10天内353例(42.3％),6个月内482例(57.7％)。残石率为2.2％。未出现严重并发症,效果满意。以神经安定镇痛术代替麻醉术。着重对复杂肾结石和膀胱、后尿道结石的震波治疗以及并发症的防治进行了讨论。
Report domestic JT-ESWL-Ⅱ lithotripsy treatment of urinary calculi in 854 cases. There were 186 cases with diameter less than 1.0 cm, 588 cases with 1-3 cm, 80 cases> 3 cm, and the largest one was 3.5 cm × 7.5 cm. Stone emptying rate was 97.8%, one of the stones after the treatment of stone emptying rate was 84%. Drainage time: 353 cases (42.3%) in 10 days and 482 cases (57.7%) in 6 months. The residual stone rate is 2.2%. No serious complications, the results are satisfactory. To neurosurgery analgesics instead of anesthesia. Focus on complex kidney stones and bladder, urethral shock wave therapy and complications prevention and treatment are discussed.
