中共四大的宣传工作方针是在对四大以前宣传工作经验教训进行总结的基础上,适应革命形势发展作出的调整。会上颁布了《对于宣传工作之议决案》,包含了三个方面的内容:宣传工作目标、总结批评、调整方法,体现出鲜明的特点。宣传效果在之后的五卅运动和宣传论战中得到了较好的检验。
The guidelines of the four major propaganda work of the CPC are based on the summarization of the experiences and lessons of the four previous propaganda work and adapt to the adjustments made in the development of the revolutionary situation. At the meeting promulgated the “Propaganda Proposal”, contains three aspects: publicity objectives, summarize criticism, adjust methods, embodies a distinctive feature. The publicity effect was well tested in the following five campaigns and publicity campaigns.
