目的调查冀南地区城市和农村青少年心理压力源的异同。方法采用青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC)对2891名冀南地区城市和农村中小学生进行调查。结果(1)在各项生活事件中,学习与人际关系是城市和农村学生最主要的压力源。(2)受惩罚、健康适应、其他三个因子的得分均为农村学生高于城市学生。(3)农村初中生的人际关系因子、受惩罚因子和其他因子的得分高于其他年级;城市高中生的学习压力因子和丧失因子得分高于其他年级;农村高中生的健康适应因子得分高于其他年级。结论城乡青少年的心理压力源存在着结构性差异,在心理教育与辅导上应注意类别差异和个别差异。
Objective To investigate the similarities and differences of psychological stressors among urban and rural adolescents in southern Hebei province. Methods A total of 2,891 primary and secondary school students from urban and rural areas in southern Hebei were investigated by ASLEC. Results (1) Learning and interpersonal relationships are the most important stressors for urban and rural students in all life events. (2) punished, healthy adaptation, the other three factors score higher than rural students in urban students. (3) The scores of interpersonal relationship, penalty factor and other factors of rural junior high school students are higher than other grades; the scores of learning stress factor and loss factor of urban senior high school students are higher than other grades; the scores of health adaptation factor of rural high school students are higher than Other grades. Conclusion There are structural differences in psychological stressors between urban and rural adolescents. In psychological education and counseling, attention should be paid to the category differences and individual differences.
