本文以2009-2011年浙江民营上市公司为样本,通过因子分析和逐步回归实证浙江民营上市企业核心高管的背景特征与不同成长性企业之间的关系。结果表明,高管团队异质性对企业成长性作用较大,并且专业背景异质性和年龄异质性分别是对成长性好的企业和成长性差的企业影响最为显著的指标。
Based on the sample of private listed companies in Zhejiang from 2009 to 2011, this paper empirically analyzes the background characteristics of the core executives of private listed companies in Zhejiang and the relationship between different growth enterprises through factor analysis and stepwise regression. The results show that the heterogeneity of the senior management team has a great effect on the growth of the enterprise, and the heterogeneity of the professional background and the age heterogeneity are respectively the indicators that have the most significant impact on the enterprises with good growth and those with poor growth.
