随着社会的进步和科技的不断发展,人们越来越关注错层式住宅,但在已完工的错层式建筑中,错层部位出现了影响居住质量的水平裂缝问题,这是由于其结构设计缺乏相应的标准约束和规范所导致的。笔者依据工程实例,对砖混错层建筑的有利方面做出了总结,同时也记录下了结构设计上的问题,并针对此问题提出了在结构设计和建筑设计上所应该采取的措施,例如,为了防止墙体开裂而在有错层的墙体上使用构造柱,尽可能拉通圈梁等。本文介绍的错层式住宅自从建成以来,就具有稳定的结构,效果甚好。
With the progress of society and the continuous development of science and technology, people are paying more and more attention to the split-level housing. However, in the completed split-level buildings, the horizontal cracks that affect the quality of living have appeared in the strata. This is due to its structure. The design lacks corresponding standard constraints and specifications. Based on the engineering examples, the author made a summary of the favorable aspects of the brick-mixed and split-story buildings, and also recorded the structural design problems, and proposed the measures that should be taken in the structural design and architectural design for this problem. For example, In order to prevent the cracking of the wall, use the structural column on the wall with the wrong layer to pull the ring beam as far as possible. The split-level housing described in this article has a stable structure and has been effective since it was built.
