基于RFI工艺,提出了CFRP材料的“成型-冲裁-固化”复合成型新工艺,并设计出了复合成型装置,由成型/冲裁复合模、加热装置及温控装置组成。利用该装置成功实现了CFRP冲裁件的“成型-冲裁-固化”复合成型,其断面光滑、平整,克服了传统钻、铣削加工时的纤维缠绕、拉拔、分层等缺陷。该装置还可为研究RFI工艺制造大型CFRP构件的力学性能提供所需的拉伸、压缩、弯曲、剪切、扭转试样,为研究适用于大型CFRP构件制造的优化工艺方案及质量控制措施提供必要的支持。
Based on the RFI process, a new process of “forming-blanking-curing” composite molding of CFRP material was proposed and a composite molding device was designed. The molding / blanking composite die, heating device and temperature control device were designed. With this device, CFRP blanking parts are successfully formed into “shape-blanking-solidification” composite shape. The cross section of the CFRP blanking part is smooth and smooth. The utility model overcomes the defects of winding, drawing and delaminating fiber in the traditional drilling and milling processes. The device also provides the required tensile, compressive, flexural, shear and torsional specimens for studying the mechanical properties of large-scale CFRP components produced by RFI process.
