目的对某电子公司彩电生产基地建设项目职业病危害因素及防护措施效果进行评价。方法依据《使用有毒物质作业场所劳动保护条例》及相关的法律法规,采用现场调查、检查表法、工程分析、采样检测等方法,评价其职业病危害程度和防护措施的效果。结果该建设项目的选址、总平面布局、职业病防护设施设计、卫生辅助用室设置等符合国家有关规定;生产过程中可能产生的主要职业病危害因素有苯、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、锡及其化合物、苯乙烯、一氧化碳、聚苯乙烯粉尘、电焊烟尘、其他粉尘、噪声、高温。经现场测试,粉尘和有毒物质合格率均为100.0%,噪声合格率为90.9%,高温合格率为57.1%。结论该项目采取的职业病危害防护措施和生产管理措施是可行的。
Objective To evaluate the hazard factors of occupational diseases and protective measures in the construction project of a color TV production base of an electronics company. Methods According to the “Labor Protection Regulations for the Use of Toxics Sites” and related laws and regulations, the methods of on-the-spot investigation, checklist method, engineering analysis, sampling and testing were used to evaluate the effect of occupational hazards and protective measures. Results The site selection, general layout, design of occupational disease protection facilities and setting of health aids in this project are in line with the relevant regulations of the state. The main occupational hazards that may occur in the production process include benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone, tin and Its compounds, styrene, carbon monoxide, polystyrene dust, welding fumes, other dust, noise, high temperature. After field test, the passing rate of dust and toxic substances are 100.0%, the passing rate of noise is 90.9% and the passing rate of high temperature is 57.1%. Conclusion The occupational disease hazard protection measures and production management measures adopted in this project are feasible.
