由于铁道部现行货车使用费收取办法不够合理,给日常运输组织工作带来许多困难,资产经营要求企业以有效的成本投入获取最大的经济效益,因此,货车使用费收取办法的改革势在必行。
As the existing toll collection method for the Ministry of Railways is not reasonable enough, it brings many difficulties to the daily transport organization. Asset management requires enterprises to invest the most effective cost to obtain the most economic benefits. Therefore, the reform of the toll collection method for freight wagons is imperative .
