目的研究蜂毒素对离体血管的作用及其机制。方法用内皮完整及去内皮的主动脉条,研究蜂毒素的收缩、松驰血管的作用,并用放免分析法检测中介中血管紧张素Ⅱ的释放。结果蜂毒素(0.33~6.6mg/L)引起事先用肾上腺素收缩的完整兔主动脉条的松弛,而使去内皮的动脉条产生收缩。其收缩作用可被卡托普利(327μmol/L)拮抗。去内皮动脉条,肾素释放增加。结论蜂毒素可引起血管内皮依赖性松驰,其收缩作用可能通过肾素中介。
Objective To study the effect of melittin on isolated blood vessels and its mechanism. Methods Aortic strips with intact endothelium and endothelium were used to study the effects of melittin contraction and blood vessel relaxation. The release of angiotensin Ⅱ was detected by radioimmunoassay (RIA). Results melittin (0.33 ~ 6.6mg / L) caused by adrenergic contraction of intact rabbit aortic strips relaxation, leaving the endothelium to produce contraction of the arterial. Its contraction can be captopril (327μmol / L) antagonism. Endothelium to the arteries, renin release increased. Conclusion Melittin can cause endothelium-dependent relaxation, the contraction may be through the renin mediator.
