随着机械工业的蓬勃发展,超高强度钢、不锈钢、钛合金、高温合金等难加工材料日趋增多。因而对切削刀具材料提出了更高的要求。虽然硬质合金的耐磨性和红硬性都大大高于高速钢,但它的韧性较差,制造复杂刀具比较困难,还不能取代高速钢。所以高速钢仍在迅速发展。早在七十年代初期,我国相继研制成功数种新型高速钢,并已纳入YB12-77技术标准。
With the vigorous development of machinery industry, ultra-high strength steel, stainless steel, titanium alloy, high-temperature alloys and other difficult materials are increasing. Therefore, the cutting tool material put forward higher requirements. Although the wear resistance and red hardness of cemented carbide are much higher than high-speed steel, but its toughness is poor, making complex tools more difficult, can not replace high-speed steel. Therefore, high-speed steel is still rapidly developing. As early as the early seventies, China has successfully developed several new high-speed steel, and has been included in the YB12-77 technical standards.
