随着《国务院关于加快培育和发展战略性新兴产业的决定》的颁布,我国培育和发展战略性新兴产业的举措正引得全国甚至全球相关领域的关注,来自各方的声音亦不绝于耳。尤其是对于深刻改变着人类生产和生活方式的新一代信息技术产业而言,声音无处不在。于是,我们有必要聆听各方之心声,反观他国之举措,以便更好地完善扶持之政策。 With the promulgation of the “Decision of the State Council on Accelerating the Cultivation and Development of Strategic Emerging Industries,” China’s initiatives to nurture and develop strategic emerging industries are drawing the attention of the entire country and even the relevant fields in the world. The voices of all parties are also heard. Especially for the new generation of information technology industries that have profoundly changed the way people live and produce their lives, voices are ubiquitous. Therefore, it is necessary for us to listen to the voices of all parties and to look at the initiatives of other countries in order to better perfect the policy of support.
