烟酰胺在单纯制剂中可以用分光光度法测定,但在复合维生素B注射液中则不能应用。作者用活性炭将复合维生素B及肝浸膏色素等吸附后进行测定,得到满意的结果。方法:取含25～200毫克烟酰胺的注射液适当体积,置150毫升烧杯中,加约50毫升水,用玻棒搅和,加入1克炭粉再搅拌5分钟,通过预先用水润湿的Whatmanl号滤纸抽滤。烧杯用水洗涤三次,每次20毫升。洗液过滤后与滤液合并于200毫升容量瓶中,
