目的比较全胸腔镜与传统食管癌根治术治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期食管癌效果。方法回顾性分析74例食管癌患者的临床资料,随机分为观察组和对照组,各37例。观察组行电视胸腔镜(VATS)食管癌根治术,对照组行传统根治术,比较两组手术指标与并发症情况。结果观察组各项手术指标数值均少于对照组,并发症总率5.41%低于对照组21.62%,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论与传统食管癌根治术比较,全胸腔镜食管癌根治术治疗Ⅰ、Ⅱ期食管癌的效果更显著。
Objective To compare the efficacy of total thoracoscopic and conventional esophagectomy in the treatment of stage I and II esophageal cancer. Methods The clinical data of 74 patients with esophageal cancer were retrospectively analyzed. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 37 cases in each group. The observation group underwent VATS esophageal cancer radical mastectomy and the control group underwent conventional radical mastectomy. The surgical indexes and complication were compared between the two groups. Results The operation indexes in the observation group were all less than those in the control group. The total complication rate was 5.41% lower than that in the control group (21.62%). The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions Compared with the conventional esophagectomy, the effect of total thoracoscopic esophagectomy for the treatment of stage I and II esophageal cancer is more significant.
