本研究以HBV-DNA和HBsAg为指标对14种化学消毒剂进行了模拟消毒效果的评价,结果表明:酒精、新洁尔灭、来苏尔有HBV-DNA和HBsAg检出,氯化磷酸三钠、碘伏、碘酒偶有HBsAg或HBV-DNA检出,其余消毒剂均检测阴性。除碱性戊二醛、盐酸在敞口容器中存放1周后仍具良好消毒效果外,其余消毒液的消毒效果显著下降或失败。两所医院口腔器械和注射器械消毒前HBsAg和HBV-DNA混合样品阳性率均为3.0%左右,消毒后采样样品中仍有阳性检出。
In this study, 14 kinds of chemical disinfectants were evaluated on the basis of HBV-DNA and HBsAg. The results showed that HBV-DNA and HBsAg were detected in alcohol, benzalkonium bromide, V, iodine occasionally HBsAg or HBV-DNA detected, the remaining disinfectant were negative. In addition to alkaline glutaraldehyde, hydrochloric acid stored in open containers after 1 week still good disinfection effect, the rest disinfectant disinfection significantly decreased or failed. The positive rates of HBsAg and HBV-DNA in the two hospitals before oral disinfection were both about 3.0%. After disinfection, the positive samples were still detected.
