楔状缺损无论在洞型制备和充填体固位方面均存在一定的难度。为选择较理想的修复楔状缺损的材料和方法,本文分别用自凝玻璃离子水门汀、光固化玻璃离子水门汀、光固化复合树脂和自凝玻璃离子水门汀加光固化复合树脂,这3种材料4种修复方法进行了临床对比观察。6个月后复查结果,4种修复方法在磨耗、折断、脱落的失败串统计学卡方检验均无显著差异。一年后复查,修复体在磨耗方面的失败率存在显著差异,在折断和脱落方面无显著差异。结果表明,光固化树脂修复楔状缺损明显优于玻璃离子水门汀。
Wedge-shaped defects in both the preparation of the hole and the filler retention there are some difficulties. In order to choose a better material and method to repair wedge-shaped defect, self-curing glass ionomer cement, light-curing glass ionomer cement, light curing composite resin and self-curing glass ionomer cement were used respectively to cure the composite materials. Repair methods for clinical comparative observation. Six months after the review of the results, the four repair methods in the wear, fracture, fall off failed string of statistical chi-square test were no significant differences. After a year of review, there was a significant difference in the rate of failure of the prosthesis in terms of wear, with no significant difference in breaking and shedding. The results show that the photocurable resin repair wedge-shaped defect is significantly better than the glass ionomer cement.
