管理心理学是把心理学的知识应用于分析、说明、指导管理活动中的个体和群体行为的工业心理学分支,是研究管理过程中人们的心理现象、心理过程及其发展规律的科学。在我国企事业单位档案管理工作中,由于档案管理工作的枯操性、复杂性、繁琐性,往往容易导致管理人员情绪低落、成就感不高,从而产生职业倦怠。将管理心理学运用到档案管理中可以最大限度地调动档案工作人员的主动性、积极性和创造性,提高工作绩效,完善和优化我国档案管理机制。
Management psychology is the branch of industrial psychology that applies the knowledge of psychology to the analysis, explanation and guidance of individuals and groups in management activities. It is a science that studies people’s psychological phenomena, psychological processes and their development rules in the management process. In the file management of enterprises and institutions in our country, due to the dryness, complexity and tediousness of file management, managers tend to feel depressed and have a low sense of achievement, resulting in job burnout. Applying management psychology to archives management can maximize the initiative, enthusiasm and creativity of archivists, improve work performance, and improve and optimize archives management mechanism in our country.
