本文参考了65篇文献,从化学结构与抗疟效果的关系方面作了综述。1974年9月在尼特兰的第四届国际医用化学座谈会上曾发表该文。本文要点如下。从用氯喹无效的病例及时投以奎宁可奏效的事实,说明两药对原虫的作用方式不同,奎宁类结构对抗氯喹的恶性疟虫株有效。据前人研究,最有效的喹啉甲醇类都是在喹啉环的2位上有一个苯基,如SN-10275
In this paper, 65 references are reviewed, and the relationship between chemical structure and anti-malarial effect is reviewed. This article was published in September 1974 at the Fourth International Symposium on Medical Chemistry in Netland. This article points as follows. The fact that quinine was administered in a timely manner by using chloroquine ineffective cases suggests that the two drugs act differently on protozoa and the quinine structure is effective against chloroquine-resistant P. falciparum strains. According to previous studies, the most effective quinolines are those with a phenyl group at the 2-position of the quinoline ring, such as SN-10275
