伴随着我国集体林权制度改革的推进,全国各地私有林发展迅速,已经成为我国林业的重要组成部分。分析了现阶段我国私有林发展过程中存在的主要矛盾以及面临的主要问题,在此基础上提出了私有林发展的对策与建议,以期为我国林业政策的制定提供参考。
With the promotion of the reform of the collective forest rights system in our country, the rapid development of private forests across the country has become an important part of China’s forestry. This paper analyzes the main contradictions and the main problems in the development of private forest in our country at this stage, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the development of private forest on the basis of which, in order to provide a reference for the formulation of China’s forestry policy.
